Spin scooters spotted in Milwaukee, Bird scooters to launch Wednesday

Applications were approved for Bird and Spin on Monday. Those companies follow Lime, whose application was approved in June.
Bird says it will launch its fleet of electric scooters in Milwaukee on Wednesday, August 14.
Each company is allowed 350 scooters.
