MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police responded to a serious crash that happened around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night near on January 30 near 34th and Capitol. A car was speeding west on Capitol and cut off a Nissan Altima. The Altima swerved and was hit by a Chrysler Town and Country.
Both the Altima and the Town and Country crashed into a light pole. The driver of the Town and Country, a 32-year-old Milwaukee man, was taken to the hospital for serious injuries. The driver of the Altima suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the speeding car that caused the crash fled the scene and police are looking for them.
