MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two people were shot and one person was grazed by a bullet near 91st and Mill Monday afternoon.

Sierra Robinson, 24, was shot and killed. Her friend who was also shot was taken to the hospital where she is being treated. Milwaukee Police confirmed that the shooting is connected to the AMBER Alert that was issued Monday night for 2-year-old Noelani Robinson. 

Investigators believe the little girl is with Dariaz Higgins, 34. He's facing homicide and recklessly endangering safety charges. Police believe he is armed and dangerous.

Neighbors heard multiple shots and one bullet even went through the window of a neighbor's home. 

"He was standing over her shooting and I felt something hit me," one neighbor said. 

The bullet went through the window, grazing the top of his shoulder and the glass from the bullet hit him in the face. People in the area are hoping for her safe return. 

“My thoughts and prayers go to the family and I hope they get their child back safe," he said.
