After a wacky weekend of weather we will finally dry out for a few days. Dry conditions are expected both Monday and Tuesday with both days seeing some good sunshine at times. Saturday's heavy wet snow resulted in 6-12" for most of southeast Wisconsin then on Sunday we saw another 1-3" south of I-94. Parts of Walworth County also had thunderstorms with pea sized hail Sunday!
With the 0.9" of additional snow Milwaukee picked up on Sunday our March total for snow is now over 23" which is the 8th snowiest March on record and the snowiest since the 1960s!
For the entire season we are now sitting at 51.6" of snowfall which is over 5" above the average through today's date. Even if we don't get any more snow this season we will end above-average with the total season average of 48.7".
A touch more accumulating snow is possible Wednesday morning. Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather app to track that next round of snow.
