Slide The City Cancelled, Rapcine, Artistic Expression

An event that looked like refreshing fun for summer is cancelled in Racine. Slide The City, a huge slip and slide event, was scheduled for August 8th at North Beach Park, but months of planning just got washed away. We explain why the event is no longer happening in Racine.
