RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A six-vehicle crash on I-94 northbound near STH 11 in Racine has injured multiple people and caused all northbound lanes of I-94 to close at STH 195.

The incident happened early morning on Sunday, June 7, and the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office says emergency personnel care are assisting multiple injured individuals.

The freeway has since reopened after first responders provided medical care and investigators processed the scene.

Officials are asking to continue to avoid the area if possible and seek alternate routes.
