Silver Alert canceled, missing 86-year-old woman found safe

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 86-year-old woman.
Hideko Klein was last seen in Glendale, leaving her residence.
She is described as an Asian woman, 4'9, weighing 113 pounds. She is driving a tan '07 Toyota Camry Hybrid with WI plates 711-PNK. Hideko was last seen with her small brown Daschund dog.
Hideko enjoys shopping and frequents malls.
She was due for her high blood pressure and dementia medication at 2:30 p.m. Friday afternoon and has missed her dose.
