UPDATE: Missing Waukesha County man found safe
WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police confirm that missing 71-year-old David Stenzel has been found safe

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New information from authorities suggests that David Stenzel, a missing 71-year-old man last seen Monday night, may be hitchhiking.
Officials say he also has ties to the Wisconsin Rapids and may be attempting to go there.
Stenzel is 5' 6" tall, 147 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
If you saw a man walking or hitchhiking that fits Stenzel's description, please contact the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 71-year-old man from the town of Lisbon.
David Stenzel was last seen at his home in the Town of Lisbon at 11:00 p.m. on Monday, August 5. It's believed Stenzel is on foot. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black jogging pants.
"He left on foot on his own with no cell phone, no wallet and no vehicle," said Capt. Marc Moonen from the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office.
Monday's search for Stenzel was conducted on ground and in the air. "We’re utilizing drones and helicopters to assist in searching the area for Mr. Stenzel," said Capt. Moonen.
"I think they looked very, very hard," said one of Stenzel's neighbors, Janet Gruenwald.
Like many property owners, Gruenwald says the authorities looked everywhere on her property. "They searched the yard, they went in our shed, they looked under our house, they were very thorough," said Gruenwald.
Gruenwald says Stenzel is a quiet man, and a nice neighbor.
"He seems like a busy, well oriented guy, he works in the yard all the time, built a deck," she said.
Stenzel has a cognitive disability and has walked away from his home before.
We did speak to Stenzel’s wife Monday, who is holding out hope he comes home.
