Update: Missing Racine man found by attentive gas station employee

UPDATE: Mr. Cisneros was found safe after a gas station employee recognized him from a lottery machine.
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man from Racine. Cesario Cisneros is a 76-year-old Hispanic man described as 5'2" tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black/gray hair.
He is expected to be on foot and was last seen in the 1800 block of Roe Avenue in Racine around 9:00 AM wearing black dress pants and a white dress shirt.
