FOUND SAFE: Silver Alert issued for 78-year-old man with dementia in Dane County

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) --- The Silver Alert issued for 78-year-old Cyril M. Hetsko has been canceled. Hetsko was found safe Saturday night, Feb. 7.

MADISON, Wisc. (CBS 58) --- A Silver Alert has been issued for 78-year-old Cyril M. Hetsko in Dane County early Saturday morning, Feb. 6.

Hetsko was last seen by family on Wednesday afternoon.

Hetsko suffers from dementia and lives alone, officials say.

Family checked Hetsko's home when they were unable to reach him by phone. Hetsko and his car were missing from his home.

Hetsko is described as a White male, with white balding hair, hazel eyes, 6'0 feet tall and 225 pounds. He walks slowly and was last seen wearing a red parka, dark pants, and white tennis shoes.

Hetsko drives a white 2016 Jeep Patriot. His license plate is 194UNN.
