MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Shred415 held an outdoor fitness class at the Deer District on Wednesday morning.
The free class is offered every Wednesday from 7-8 a.m.
It is one of five weekly classes being held on the plaza through September.
The owner of Shred415 says it’s nice for people to get a chance to step out of the studio.
“The difference here obviously we’ve got the sunshine, we’ve got the fresh air, we’ve got the excitement of what’s going on around us,” Margaux Chandler said.
Participants don’t need to register for the event, but a signed waiver is required.
