SHOREWOOD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police are investigating an armed carjacking that took place Friday, Feb. 14.
The victim was sitting in a vehicle parked on a driveway near Maryland and Edgewood around 1:27 p.m.
Police say shortly after the vehicle was started, two male suspects dressed in all black, approached the vehicle.
One suspect demanded the victim exit the vehicle and implied he had a weapon.
Both suspects then got in the vehicle and fled the scene.
Neighbors say they're not used to crime like this.
"It's very scary that this happened in my neighborhood, but this happens all over town, and so it's not surprising that we wouldn't be immune to it," said Bill Cruz, who lives nearby.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Shorewood police at 414-847-2610.
