Sheboygan County, WIS. (CBS 58) -- A Sheboygan County woman pleaded "no contest" Thursday morning in the death of her 2-year-old son.
Katlyn Kinateder is accused of suffocating her toddler with a plastic grocery bag and hiding his body in a cardboard box.
It happened in August of last year.
Kinateder told police that voices told her to take her child's life.
The family released the following statement, "He was a loving little boy who always had a smile on his face and a big belly laugh to share. He brought love and light to this world and to everyone he met. Dexter was loved dearly by close family and friends. We will keep his loving memory in our hearts forever."
A trial for the 28-year-old Sheboygan Falls woman is scheduled to begin in December.
