Sheboygan County Man Airlifted after Snowmobile Accident

On Saturday, January 16, at approximately 4:38 PM, the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office received a call about a snowmobile accident located at the Hingham Mill Pond, near the intersection of County Highway F and Mill Road, in the Town of Lima.
A preliminary investigation indicates that a snowmobile being operated by a 21-year-old Sheboygan County resident, was operating south bound on the Mill Pond. Approximately 200 yards east of the intersection of County Highway F and Mill Road, the operator lost control of the snowmobile and was ejected when the snowmobile rolled. The patient was transported by Flight for Life to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee with non-life threatening injuries.
The Wisconsin DNR is investigating crash.
