The 28 year old suspect was arrested in Louisville, Kentucky on charges of first degree sexual assault in Wisconsin.
According to police Arevalo-Viera and Grabiel Arias-Martinez took a woman from Milwaukee and drove her to Kenosha County, where she was allegedly sexually assaulted.
Both men, then left her there and fled to Kentucky.
After their arrests, they were extradited back to Milwaukee.
