Milwaukee Fire Department highlights challenges for first responders
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Seven people are now homeless after a fire caused extensive damage to their north side home.
The fire burned through the attic and the second floor on Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say the first floor of the home on 28th and Burleigh also has heavy water damage.
Luckily, no one was hurt during this fire.
The Red Cross is helping everyone who lived there.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
