Senior Selfies Raising Awareness About Alzheimer's

September is Alzheimer's Awareness Month and an in home care facility is trying something new to get the word out.

Synergy HomeCare is teaching seniors how to take selfies!

For every senior selfie posted to its facebook page, $5 will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.

Organizers insist that you can teach seniors new tricks at any time.

It's just a matter of giving them some extra time.

The goal is to reach 500 selfies by the end of the month.

So, grab your parents and grandparent and say cheese in a selfie for a good cause.

Synergy HomeCare is a national franchise of non-medical home care providers at affordable prices for any age.

Customers range from seniors to expectant moms to those suffering from sports injuries or debilitating illnesses.
