Selfie Day at the Milwaukee Art Museum

Wednesday is Museum Selfie Day, and museums around the world and right here in Milwaukee are participating.

The Milwaukee Art Museum is rolling out the red carpet and inviting visitors to snap their best selfies and share them, tagging the Museum's social media channels.

As a Milwaukee icon and beloved cultural institution, the Museum is a place for people to gather, reflect and connect, and sometimes that's done with Facebook and Twitter!

To further encourage participation, the Museum will award a couple of lucky posters with tickets to its popular MAM After Dark program. Don't forget to tag @milwaukeeart  on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

The Milwaukee Art Museum is located along the city's lakefront at  700 North Art Museum Drive.
