MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Even though it feels more like fall this weekend, there's still lots of summer fun to enjoy, including the last weekend of State Fair and annual Bloody Mary Festival. There's also the Luxembourg Festival in Belgium and the big art fair outside of Fiserv Forum.
