Santa Clara Hosts Super Community Celebration

On Saturday the city of Santa Clara hosted the Super Community Celebration at Santa Clara University. Basically a big pep rally with food, drink, cheerleaders, bands, and plenty of activities for kids. NFL legends also took the field for the Celebrity Sweat flag football game. And of course even here in Santa Clara we found some packers fans soaking in the Super Bowl excitement.

"The way the Super  Bowl is set up between San Francisco and Santa Clara and San Jose, just having some of the celebrities out here, the athletes out here it's just a good time to mingle and really get that football feel for the Super Bowl," said Mike Gustafson from San Jose.

Huey Lewis and the News will be the big headliner event and the celebration lasts all night long as the area gets ready for Super Bowl Sunday.
