MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It’s 35 years of garden growth for Steve Bialk and the property he cherishes. Sanger House Gardens is on two-thirds of an acre located in the Brewers Hill neighborhood of Milwaukee. And the best part of all, it’s open to the public to see and use.
