Sailing season kicks off with Big Boat Day at McKinley Marina

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – It was Big Boat Day at McKinley Marina on Friday.
Milwaukee Community Sailing Center launched more than 20 large sailboats along with a number of privately owned vessels that had been covered in shrink-wrap on the grounds over the winter.
A 20-ton crane helped launch the boats into the chilly waters of Lake Michigan.
