Rittenhouse accused of violating bond, prosecutors request warrant for his arrest

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of violating his bond conditions.

According to court documents, the Illinois teen failed to inform the court of a change in address.

Prosecutors are now asking the court to issue a warrant for his arrest and increase his bond by $200,000.

Rittenhouse is accused of shooting three people, killing two, during unrest in Kenosha over the summer.

His bond was just modified last month after Rittenhouse was spotted flashing white power signs and drinking in a bar in Racine County.

The bond modifications banned the teen from drinking or associating with hate groups. He also can't have any weapons.
