MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Alderman Robert Bauman introduced a resolution that would prevent Milwaukee residents from helping Foxconn pay its electric bill.
There's a proposal for a $140 million substation to power the future Foxconn campus.
The American Transmission Company says it would only cost We Energies customers a few pennies each year.
The city's Public Works Committee will hear Bauman's proposal next week.
