Registered Sex Offender to Be Released in Waukesha

Waukesha Police Department released information about a registered child sex offender that will be released into the public.

James Radtke will reside in the 1300 block of E. Moreland Blvd in the City of Waukesha.

Radtke’s victims included pre-teen and teen female acquaintances. 

He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs. 

Radtke is 47-years-old and described as weighing 250-pounds.

His hair is black and grey.

He has the following tattoos: on his left arm- skull, paw print; right arm-wolf, naked lady; chest-feathers; back-grim reaper, “iceman’.
