RECALL ALERT: Baby doll can overheat and burn children

Bentonville, AR -- Wal-Mart has announced a recall of nearly 174,000 \"My Sweet Love\" and \"My Sweet Baby Cuddle Care\" baby dolls due to a burn risk.


The doll's electronics cause the dolls cheek's to turn red when she is \"sick\". 


The circuit board in the chest of the doll can overheat, causing the surface of the doll to get too hot.


Wal-Mart has received 12 reports of incidents, including two reported burns and blisters to the thumb.


My Sweet Baby dolls were sold at Wal-Mart stores nationwide between August 2012 and March 2014 for $20.


The doll is identified by UPC 6-04576-16800-5 and a date code which begins with WM. The date code is printed on the stuffed article label sewn into the bottom of the doll.


The doll should be returned to Wal-Mart for a full refund.
