RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) – A woman is charged with child abuse after Racine Police say she tried to break up a fight between two boys.
According to the criminal complaint, the fight happened Tuesday afternoon outside Jerstand-Agerhom Middle School. Police say Angela Dobbins scratched the neck of one of the boys when she pulled him away by his sweatshirt, allegedly saying “If you want to fight, come hit him.”
Dobbins was asked to leave the school. She is expected back in court next week.
