Racine woman arrested after allegedly hitting husband in head with vase

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine woman has been arrested after she allegedly hit her husband with a large vase, causing a laceration.

Terri Brzezinski, 55, is facing charges of misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to a home in the 1200 block of Racine Street for a report of a battery.

Upon arrival, the victim told police that he had gotten into an argument with his wife and she hit him in the back of the head with a large vase.

There was an inch laceration on the back of the victim's head.

He refused transport to the hospital. 

Police spoke with the victim's wife who said they were drinking and arguing when he slapped her so she hit him in the back of the head with a vase.
