Jacob Kittilstad welcomed Representative Greta Neubauer (D-Racine) on the program for the first time since she took office – replacing now-Mayor Cory Mason in the Wisconsin Assembly. She talked about her recent testimony before the U.S. Department of Education where she said she criticized Education Secretary Betsy Devos for loosening regulations for predatory lenders. She says that there is a looming (and current) student debt crisis that needs to be addressed. She also spoke about the current national discussion on sexual assault and misconduct – and spoke personally about how she is treated online as a young, female legislator. Also, Jacob asked her about her adjustment to life as an elected official – asking her to share her Racine-to-Madison driving playlist. Click here to check out that playlist

With eSports continuing to grow in prominence worldwide, Jacob wondered where is the local impact? He got his answer from the people who recently opened Not Your Parents Basement gaming lounge which connect gamers ‘in-person’ as they hone their online skills for games including PUBG, Fortnite, and Overwatch. The space has also teamed with Twin Dragon Games to help people learn tabletop and trading card games through hands-on experience. A regular customer (and virtual learner at Walden III High School) talked to Jacob about how the social aspect has helped him grow as a gamer.
