Racine high school student accused of offering money for sex acts

MILWAUKEE -- 18-year-old Deshawn Seay has been charged with child enticement and soliciting a child for prostitution. The teen is accused of offering another male student $200 to engage in sexual acts.


According to the criminal complaint, Seay only started talking to the victim  February 17th. The victim gave his cell phone number to Seay, but the two didn't start exhanging text messages until February 19th. 


Police say Seay told them he offered the 15-year-old male $200 to allow him to perform oral sex on the younger schoolmate in a school bathroom.


If convicted on both counts, Seay faces up to 50 years in jail and $200,000 in fines.
