Racine Fire Department investigating intentionally set car fire

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Racine Fire Department is currently investigating an intentionally set car fire.

The Fire Department was called to a car fire involving a 2005 Chevy Blazer parked next to a garage in an alley in the 1900 block of Phillips Avenue.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and no damage was done to the garage.

The Fire Department says this was an intentionally set incendiary fire in the passenger compartment.

No injuries were reported.
