FRANKSVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- From sculpting the popular ice bars in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward, to helping kids etch their names into a giant ice graffiti wall at the annual Oak Creek Winterfest, it's a busy season for a creative couple who've carved out a successful career in the art world.
