MPD: 6-year-old seriously hurt after falling out of second-story window

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 6-year-old child fell from a second story window, leading to an investigation by Milwaukee police.
It happened Thursday, June 18, near 32nd and National.
Police responded to the scene just after 3:45 p.m.
Officials say the circumstances that led up to the fall are under investigation, but it appears to be an accident.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
