Racine County Fair & Scare at Waterford Balloonfest

The Racine County Fair starts Wednesday, July 29th in Union Grove and there are a number of new features to check out. One will be a hit with LEGO lovers. The other is wonderful for wine enthusiasts.

The President of the Racine County Fair explains what you can expect from the new additions. We also learn why the Cooking Channel is making a stop to film at the fair.

Then get your toes tapping! We give you a preview of the entertainment acts on the Grandstand this year like up-and-coming country artist Chase Rice on Saturday, August 1st. The fair runs through Sunday, August 2nd.

Then later, a gust of wind whips away a hot air balloon at the Waterford Balloon Festival. The video is dramatic. CBS 58's Jessica Tighe has the Event Director explain what happened. Get perspective from Ken Walter who has nearly three decades of experience as a balloonist.
