Racine County Drug Unit arrests two men in connection with selling cocaine
Robin Ellison was arrested for being the leader of a drug trafficking organization in Racine.
During the morning hours of June 25th, agents from the Racine County Metro Drug Unit, Racine County Sheriff's Office investigators and patrol deputies executed two narcotics related search warrants.
After arresting Ellison, agents then served a search warrant at the residence of Francisco I. Delacruz, age 26, residing in the 3800 block of Kinzie Avenue. From this residence, agents seized a loaded semi-automatic .45 caliber handgun, a .357 revolver and a short barreled shotgun.
Agents have made numerous controlled purchases of cocaine from members of this group, totaling approximately 6 ½ ounces. This group operated primarily in the city of Racine.
The street value of the cocaine is not being reported because the price of cocaine can vary drastically depending on the quality and the amount being purchased.
This investigation is ongoing and additional charges are forthcoming.
