Racine Correctional Institute supervisor sentenced for inappropriate relationship with inmate

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A woman who worked as a Racine Correciotnal Institute supervisor, who pleaded guilty to having an inappropriate relationship with an inmate, learned her fate.
In court on Tuesday, Sept. 2, a judge sentenced Jacqueline Heidt to four-and-a-half-years behind bars.
Heidt reportedly began her relationship with the inmate in April of 2022, and the two would have encounters three to four times per week in Heidt's office.
