MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Protesters blocked an Interstate 794 off-ramp Thursday morning as President Trump visited Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin for the Foxconn groundbreaking.
The protesters marched near the Pfister Hotel and briefly sat in the middle of the road near the intersection of Milwaukee and Wisconsin yelling "Donald Trump has got to go." They were marching about issues regarding immigration and the U.S. borders.
The immigration group marched down Michigan yelling "Where are the children?" before blocking the off-ramp of I-794 near Clybourn Street.
Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies and Milwaukee Police Officers monitored the protests and coordinated getting the backed up cars off the ramp.

The protesters were unable to get close to the Pfister Hotel where President Trump stayed due to road closures and security. The roads were reopened around the area shortly after the President left the city for Mount Pleasant.
