WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The driver of the car who died in the crash has been identified as 35-year-old Dustin Lazowski of Milwaukee.

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha Fire Department confirms that the crash is fatal.
Waukesha Police say that the driver died on scene and the passenger was taken to Froedtert Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The crash is under investigation but officials believe icy roads were a contributing factor in the crash.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the incident occurred around 7:56 a.m.
