Popular concert venue Alpine Valley goes on sale

EAST TROY -- Some of the biggest names in the music industry have played at the Alpine Valley Music Theater in East Troy. Now, that legendary music venue is facing an uncertain future while it's up for sale.

Alpine Valley is being sold by a third-party landlord who is a major real-estate investor in the Milwaukee market. The current owner's representative, Brad Fellers, said \"What it means is it's not gonna change at all from what it is today.\"

Feller tells us Live Nation is committed to the theater at least through 2019 no matter who owns it. \"There's really strong demand for this type of asset right now\", says Feller. \"They've owned it for 20 years and feel now is a great time to look into potentially selling the property.\"
