Police seek critically missing man last seen near downtown Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a critically missing person.
Ralph Weismantel, 33, was last seen near N. Water Street and E. Buffalo Street around 5 p.m. Dec. 20.
He is described as a white male, 6' tall, 160 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue winter coat with yellow bands around the bicep and dark blue jeans.
