Police Searching Kenosha and Lake County for Missing Teenager

A missing 14-year-old girl from Illinois could be in Kenosha, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating Jolynn J. Sanders, 14, of Wadsworth.

According to the sheriff's office, she was last seen on April 1, 2016, leaving her home, on foot.

Sanders is described as being 5 feet and 2 inches, 110 pounds, green eyes, and blond hair. She has scars on her left forearm and legs.

Sanders was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, white Nike shoes, and was carrying a Jansport tie-dye backpack.

It is possible Sanders is somewhere in Lake County or in the Kenosha, Wisconsin area.
