Police officer shot in Louisiana

(CBS NEWS) SUNSET, Lo. -- Officials are responding to a shooting involving a police officer in Louisiana, reports CBS affiliate KLFY.
St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz told CBS News two people have been stabbed and an officer shot. A SWAT team is about to make entry to a home where the suspect is reportedly holed up.
They are not sure if there are other victims inside.
State police Superintendent Mike Edmonson says troopers are on the way to the scene in Sunset, about 70 miles west of Baton Rouge, after getting a call around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Edmonson says the officer was \"responsive\" but he has no details on the extent of the officer's injuries -- or those of the other two people who were shot.
