Police: Man shot by suspect after trying to run him over with car near 27th and Burleigh

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 20-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot near 27th and Burleigh Friday evening, Oct. 16. 

Police said it happened around 6:10 p.m.

According to police, the victim and suspect -- who are known to each other -- were in an argument and the victim attempted to run over the suspect with his vehicle. 

Police are still looking for the 37-year-old male suspect. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
