MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say a 61-year-old man was killed in a shooting near 90th and Burdick Ave. Monday.
MPD responded to the shooting around 3:20 p.m..
An investigation revealed that two relatives, both adult men, had gotten into a physical altercation.
One of them, a 21-year-old, was armed with a firearm. During the fight, the firearm was discharged, striking the victim.
The victim died from his injuries.
The suspect was taken into custody and is being investigated as a homicide. No identities have been released at this time.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Medical Examiner is responding to the scene of a fatal shooting on Milwaukee's south side Monday evening.
It happened in a neighborhood near 90th and Burdick Ave.
Police have not released any further information at this time.
