OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An Oak Creek High School teacher remains in jail as prosecutors review some serious allegations against him.
The school informed parents the teacher was placed on administrative leave after claims of inappropriate contact with a student surfaced.
CBS 58 is not naming the teacher because he has not yet been charged.
The teacher is being held on $25,000 bail.

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police are currently investigating alleged inappropriate contact between an Oak Creek High School teacher and a student.
According to police, they were notified of an incident that happened at Oak Creek High School around 5 p.m. on Monday.
The Oak Creek Police Department issued a releasing saying they "take these matters seriously and are in the process of conducting a thorough investigation into the allegations."
Charges will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
The investigation remains ongoing.
