Police investigating accident at 16th and Vliet

MILWAUKEE -- New this morning, Milwaukee Police are investigating a crash at 16th and Vliet.
The accident happened just after midnight.
A vehicle went through a fence and ended up on its side.
One person was detained and handcuffed after the crash.
It's not clear yet what caused the accident.
