MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 23-year-old was shot and injured near 50th and Wright on Sunday, July 27, according to Milwaukee police.

The shooting happened at around 11:50 p.m. The victim was left with non-fatal gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation. Milwaukee police are seeking unknown or known suspect(s).
