Police investigate hit and run in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE-- Milwaukee police are investigating a hit and run accident that happened Friday night.
Police said that a 53-year-old female was crossing the street when she was hit near 6th and Madison around 7:00 p.m.
The woman was taken to a local hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
The driver left the scene. Police later recovered the vehicle, but are still searching for that driver.
