Police investigate 3 scenes, 4 people shot overnight in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- During the evening of Sat., May 28 in Milwaukee, four people were struck by gunfire at three locations throughout the city.

At about 8:55 p.m. near 60th St. and Fond du Lac Ave. a 33-year-old Milwaukee man was shot. He was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.

A double shooting took place at around 9:48 p.m. near 42nd St. and North Ave. A 23-year-old man and 33-year-old man, both from Milwaukee, were transported to local hospitals and are expected to survive. A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was also battered during this same incident.

A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was shot at around 11:30 p.m. in the 25th and W. Pierce Streets. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.
