Police: Garbage truck leaks 'blood-like' substance near 26th and Mineral

Red fluid leaks from garbage truck in Milwaukee credit: Diego Montes MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A garbage truck near 26th and Mineral in Milwaukee leaked a substance that appeared to look like blood.
Milwaukee police responded to the call about the suspicious fluid around 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
According to police, the substance was not blood but determined to be just a red fluid leaking from the truck.
